Responsibilities

  • Pioneering new business relationships through targeted cold calling and direct client engagement.
  • Developing and nurturing accounts to establish long-term partnerships for our staffing and recruiting services.
  • Managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through negotiation and successful closing.

    1-4 years

    Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B (business to business) sales, outside sales, or staffing experience
  • Solid interpersonal communication and influencing skills with the ability to develop long-lasting relationships
