Job Description

Supervise and direct all phases of commercial construction projects in Raleigh. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication. Monitor job site safety and compliance with regulations. Develop and maintain project schedules and documentation. Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project progress and quality.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Commercial Construction should have :

• Proven experience in commercial construction management within the Business Services industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
