Automotive Service Advisor

To help us maintain our growth, we are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Promptly greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive at the service department.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service questions and setting up appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service by accurately documenting customer concerns, and keeping customers updated on repair status.
• Create and present repair estimates based on diagnosis and inspection results to customers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor service progress.
• Perform vehicle delivery by reviewing repairs and recommended service with customer as well as invoicing and processing payments.

Requirements:

• Must have a min of 2 years of prior Automotive service advisor experience.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance process.
• Proficient in-service software and scheduling tools (Reynolds and Reynolds, CDK, XTime)
• Must be able to multitask.
• Professional appearance.
• Valid Driver’s License.
