Responsibilities:
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility to maintain compliance with organizational policies.
• Manage and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate tracking of employee information and records.
• Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards and regulations, addressing any issues proactively.
• Compile and organize business review documents, providing timely updates to HR management.
• Collaborate with various departments to support HR-related administrative tasks and initiatives.
• Maintain organized and complete records of employee files and documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to HR activities and metrics.
• Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and support.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and workflows.• Proven experience in human resources coordination or administration.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding practices and related procedures.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and the ability to manage employee data effectively.
• Understanding of HR compliance standards and employment regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to compile, review, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
