Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. + Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival. + Listen to customer concerns and provide expert advice. + Recommend appropriate services and repairs based on vehicle needs. + Clearly explain services, repairs, and estimates to customers. + Upsell additional services and products to enhance satisfaction and performance. + Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on service requests. + Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery. + Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.

Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent. + Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service. + Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. + Proficiency with computer systems and software used in automotive service management.
