3D DESIGNER

Location : Denver

Motive is looking for a 3D Designer who blends technical mastery with imaginative world-building—someone who can craft immersive environments, hyper-real product renders and everything in between. In this role, you'll help shape a fast-growing 3D department inside an agency that lives at the intersection of experiential marketing, culture, and cutting-edge creative technology.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with creative leads and account teams to concept and create 3D work across multiple brands and project types.
• Designing and building experiences from the ground up, product renders, environments, motion pieces, and campaign visuals.
• Work within a highly collaborative creative team—while also taking full ownership of deliverables when needed.
• Jump into whatever the work demands with an "all-in" mindset to produce exceptional outcomes.
• Push yourself and the team to raise the bar on every project—technically, creatively, and conceptually.
• Bring your evolving Design and 3D skills set to a wide range of digital, experiential, and traditional projects.
• Stay on the bleeding edge of 3D, design, experiential innovation, and emerging tools—including the growing role of AI in concepting and production.

The starting salary for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000 annually, based on experience.
