Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Java / TIBCO Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade integration solutions. This role focuses on building scalable applications using Java / J2EE technologies and TIBCO BusinessWorks , while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong integration expertise, database experience, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java / J2EE technologies .

Implement scalable and high-performance enterprise solutions.

Integration & Middleware

Build, configure, and support integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks .

Develop and maintain enterprise integration workflows and services.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration and middleware-related issues.

Database Development

Develop and optimize database components using relational databases (Oracle preferred) .

Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures as required.

Requirements & Solutioning

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Propose scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

Produce comprehensive technical documentation.

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Support production issues and participate in root cause analysis.

Required Skills

5-10 years of overall IT experience.

Strong hands-on experience in Java / J2EE development .

Expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks .

Experience with relational databases (Oracle preferred) .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with a strong delivery mindset.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the investment or financial services domain .

Exposure to AWS cloud environments .

Technical Skills

Java | J2EE | TIBCO BusinessWorks | Oracle | SQL | Enterprise Integration | AWS (Preferred)
