Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated EnterpriseArchitecture Leadresponsible for the strategic management, governance, and continuous improvement of Belden's central repository of full stack solution blueprints and reference architectures. This role ensures the Common Reference Architecture platform is a living, accessible, and authoritative source for all solution architectures, enabling reusability, consistency, and scalability across the organization. You will be a cross-functional leader with full stack management abilities across Active/Passive networking infrastructure, Industrial/SCADA protocols, Edge, Cloud, and IoT Data infrastructure, along with managing internal and external team interaction regarding solution development and customer-facing validation activities.

This position is eligible to work remotely.

You will make a difference in the following ways:

• Oversee the design, development, and commissioning of a full stack dynamic reference architecture database/platform including validation and systems engineering.
• Manage the day-to-day operations, content governance, and continuous improvement of the CRA database/platform.
• Develop and enforce standards for all design documentation and reference materials, including blueprints, diagrams, BOMs, and application guides, ensuring adherence to CRA standards.
• Oversee the review, approval, and publishing workflow for all new reference architectures, ensuring formal technical review and compliance.
• Curate and organize content to ensure designs are easy to find and use, and manage user access and permissions for the platform.
• Train and support field teams on effective CRA platform usage, collaborating with Solution Architects, Digital Transformation, IT, and third party resources for content ingestion and technical maintenance.

What you bring:

• Strong background and experience in technical program management with an emphasis on systems/platform development lifecycle management.
• Proven experience in strategic management, governance, and continuous improvement of architectural repositories or similar platforms.
• Expertise in validation and vetting of systems architecture and development including evaluation of external tools/platforms and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of full stack solutions within OT and IT applications, and reference architecture materials, ensuring reusability, consistency, and scalability in solution designs.
• Expertise in developing and enforcing standards for design documentation, including diagrams, BOMs, and guides.
• Ability to effectively train and support diverse field teams on technical platforms and content.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $120,000 to $170,000.00, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
