We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to lead a brand-new, state-of-the-art surgical center in the heart of Newport Beach. Slated to open in mid-2027, this is a rare opportunity to shape the future of oral surgery in one of Southern California’s most desirable coastal communities.
As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate with respected surgical partners and enjoy access to an exceptional clinical infrastructure designed to support long-term growth. Position Highlights
Immediate equity partnership with no buy-in required
Guaranteed base salary of $550,000+ with collection-based bonus

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and confidently builds new relationships by proactively engaging with prospective referral Doctors
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Eligible for licensure in California
Demonstrates a commitment to clinical excellence and patient experience
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative leadership style
