NP or PA - Functional and Regenerative Medicine - El Segundo, CA The Opportunity

A leading Functional and Regenerative medical practice in the Los Angeles area is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate to join their physician-led team. This role is ideal for a clinician who is deeply curious, committed to ongoing learning, and motivated to practice medicine at the cutting edge of functional and regenerative care.

About the Practice

This established clinic specializes in complex, chronic health conditions, blending conventional, Functional, and Regenerative medicine to deliver individualized treatment plans. Patients present with a wide range of concerns including thyroid and hormonal imbalances, autoimmune disease, chronic infections, metabolic disorders, and fatigue. The clinic is known for embracing advanced protocols and creating a supportive, state-of-the-art environment for both patients and clinicians.

Role Highlights

• Conduct comprehensive new patient consultations (60 minutes), targeted lab reviews (45-60 minutes), and ongoing follow-ups every 3-7 months.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop personalized treatment plans integrating hormones, thyroid optimization, immune and infectious disease care, IV therapy, peptide therapy and regenerative modalities.
• Engage in ongoing education and mentorship with senior physicians, including the founding medical director.
• Care for a diverse patient population with compassion, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  
  (Mondays and Fridays are typically lighter clinic days.)

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed NP or PA (California or eligible).
• Demonstrated interest and experience in Functional, Integrative, or Regenerative medicine.
• Highly curious and self-motivated learner, committed to continual growth.
• Comfortable with complex cases requiring critical thinking and individualized care.
• Bonus: Experience with peptide therapy, stem cell-based treatments, or other advanced modalities.
