The candidate must be a bachelors degree in landscape architecture and have zero to five years of related experience. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. / ppTypical responsibilities include : / pulliPerform technical design of job (urban design, public space design, land development, recreation projects, etc.) from schematic design through construction document phase / liliDevelop design plans for urban planning, park and urban design projects / liliArticulate ideas through hand sketching and delineation / liliPrepare renderings and maps / liliPrepare construction documents / liliAssist in master plan analysis / liliAssist in writing proposals and making technical presentations / liliResearch existing land use / liliPerform site analysis / liliPrepare project specifications / liliResearch and complete permits as necessary / liliAssist in construction cost estimating / liliAttend various meetings (client, staff, public, etc.) / liliMaintain a safe working environment / li / ulpEducation : / pulliBachelors degree in Landscape Architecture required / li / ulpSkills / Experience : / pulli0 - 5 years of related experience required / li / ulpAbout Wade Trim : / ppWade Trim is committed to maximizing the value of infrastructure investments.
