Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement enablement strategies for Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and create relevant content
Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and adjust strategies accordingly
Required Qualifications
Experience in sales enablement or training roles
Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
Proven ability to develop training materials and programs
Experience working with BDRs or sales teams
Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
