Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management

A company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management to lead the strategic direction and executive leadership of its revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the multi-year revenue cycle strategy aligned with corporate goals

Manage and develop a team of Directors across various revenue cycle functions

Provide executive leadership for revenue cycle operations, driving performance improvement and technology adoption

Required Qualifications

10+ years of revenue cycle management experience in healthcare, with 5 years in senior leadership

Experience in developing and executing revenue cycle strategies and improving financial metrics

Expertise in payor enrollment, provider credentialing, and regulatory compliance

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Preferred certifications include CRCE or CRCP (HFMA / AAHAM), CPC (AAPC), and / or CPCS or CPMSM (NAMSS)
