Salary : $25-$35 DOE

We are looking for an expert Construction Lead / Supervisor with a positive attitude and who takes pride in their work to join our team.

As the Lead / Supervisor, you will be responsible for understanding the scope of each project you are assigned to and for ensuring your team is prepared for the work ahead. You will work closely with the business owner to formulate plans for each project and to ensure they are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

On a daily basis, you will be working alongside a crew of varying skill levels and it will be your responsibility to make sure they understand their tasks and timelines for each job site. You will be integral in helping to grow employees' skills and knowledge in a safe and professional manner.

We provide remodel, addition and repair services to our clients as well as some new construction. We are a word-of-mouth company and have worked hard the last 20 years to make sure that our clients keep coming back and refer others to us.

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered :

• Have minimum 5 years professional experience in the residential construction field.
• Have a broad range of carpentry skills and a strong understanding of the aspects of construction.
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-motivated
• Efficient completion of tasks
• Positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, strong reading and math skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Have a valid Oregon driver's license

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE

Expected hours : 35 40 per week (4-10s)
