About the Role

We’re hiring 1–2 Technical Project Managers to support Kai’s organization, leading initiatives across Wi‑Fi automation, managed Wi‑Fi deployments, and data center buildouts. This role suits someone who thrives in highly technical environments, can juggle multiple projects, and brings a strong problem‑solving mindset to every challenge.

You’ll manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure and technology deployments—from planning and requirements through execution and operational handoff—while partnering closely with engineering, network operations, construction, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 3–4 concurrent technology projects, including:Managed Wi‑Fi deployments for new developmentsData center buildouts in local and regional sitesWi‑Fi automation and related infrastructure initiatives
• Own the full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, scheduling, execution, risk management, and delivery.
• Coordinate across multiple technical and non‑technical departments to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Drive process improvements and help teams adopt Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Identify risks early, resolve issues proactively, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure deployments meet technical, operational, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a technology, telecom, or data center environment.
• Strong background managing technology deployments, infrastructure projects, or data center builds.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or Six Sigma Green Belt (one required).
• Experience with Agile methodologies; familiarity with Waterfall and willingness to coach teams on process improvements.
• Technical understanding of networking, Wi‑Fi systems, automation tools, or data center infrastructure.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
