A company is looking for a VP of Sales & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Develops business plans and sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability
Leads and develops the sales team while supporting effective sales closure and prospect development
Assists in the creation and implementation of marketing plans and manages pipeline reporting
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales leadership experience in POS, payments, retail tech, or SaaS
Proven success in leading both sales and marketing functions
Strong understanding of merchant services and payment processing
Experience in the independent retail wine and liquor industry is a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to influence actions and motivate teams
