Cost Controller

Requirements :

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Professional qualification is preferred
• Minimum 8 years experience in project estimating (from preliminary estimate with limited information to detailed estimate for cost plan), cost planning and cost control for various size and nature of building projects
• Familiar with market price of building components and building products
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC application
