Job Description

Performs administrative functions to support efficient and safe warehouse and yard operations.

Monitors the main access gate to minimize access delays for authorized vehicles and preventing unauthorized access.

Supports Warehouse Manager with onboarding new hires by confirming all documentation is completed.

Monitors monthly, quarterly and annual equipment certification and personnel training requirements.

Assists local personnel with system support, overflow workload, data reporting requirements, local permitting, scheduling services and maintenance repairs as required.
