A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Capability Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute a comprehensive talent strategy for QA disciplines
Define and implement QA strategy, standards, methodologies, and operating procedures
Integrate QA practices into Agile and SAFe delivery models, CI / CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in QA, automation, or related roles, with significant senior leadership responsibility
Minimum of 5 years of leading multi-level, cross-functional QA teams
Deep expertise in defining and implementing enterprise-level QA strategies and operating procedures
Experience in Scaled Agile or lean portfolio management environments
