As a Public Area Attendant, you will ensure the main lobby, common areas, bathrooms, and coffee stations are pristine, well-kept, and fully stocked.

Connected to the newly expanded Baird Center, the Hilton Milwaukee City Center is Milwaukee’s largest hotel. Built in 1927 as the Schroeder Hotel, the Hilton Milwaukee offers 729 well-appointed guest rooms and over 34,000 square feet of meeting and event space. 2nd Shift 2PM - 11PM

What will you be doing?

• Greet all guests with a positive attitude.
• Promote excellent guest / associate rapport by completing all requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
• Clean and maintain all assigned areas including lobby, exterior of building, parking ramp, restaurant, spa, bathrooms, stairwells, pool, fitness center, and elevators in accordance with the established standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain all floor / carpet / doormat care needs within the hotel.
• Ensure all supplies are in place.
• Participate in the promotion of safety and security in assigned work areas.
• Perform all other related duties and special projects as requested and / or assigned.
