Construction Superintendent

A company is looking for a Superintendent with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee, manage, and mentor assistant superintendents

Create and update construction schedules, monitor relationships, and manage jobsite logistics

Coordinate subcontractor work scopes and lead safety program initiatives

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent, preferably in core market projects

Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude

Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines
