Target Pay Rate : 40-50 / hr salary will be commensurate with experience

Summary

The Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for leading and managing EHS programs for the Largo, FL Depot and UCAN Field Service Teams. This role provides strategic direction, ensures compliance with regulatory and corporate standards, and drives initiatives that reduce risk and

promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship. The EHS Manager partners with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, deliver continuous improvement, and align operations with organizational goals.

The Essential Roles and Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute EHS strategies that align with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement, employee training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement proactive incident prevention initiatives and lead corrective actions to reduce future risk.
• Manage EHS-related projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities.
