A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead product engineering teams in designing and developing workflows and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with product teams to scope and oversee the delivery of technical projects

Oversee the design and development of maintainable, scalable software systems

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers, promoting continuous improvement

Required Qualifications :

2+ years of experience managing or leading engineering teams

Proven track record of mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews

Experience in Healthcare Technologies is a plus

Strong understanding of complex data integrations and APIs

Familiarity with Golang, React / Typescript, and AWS cloud infrastructure is a plus
