Our Client is seeking a Concur Senior Accounts Payable Specialist.

MUST HAVE CONCUR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE - Please do not apply if you do not have this experience.

Earn an very competitive hourly rate at this full-time position. Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday flexible from 7:00 AM or 8pm to 4:00 PM or 5pm.

Job Description:

• MUST HAVE CONCUR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE
• Research and contact vendors to verify address and obtain W9.
• Provide support to the accounting department
• Provide excellent customer service while responding to inquiries and email communications of internal and external business partners and clients
• Conduct research using appropriate systems
• Identify and route incoming correspondence and email communications
• Provide check processing and check distribution
• Performs tasks, projects and training as assigned
• Concur experience required
• SAP experience required

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Accounting Degree preferred
• MUST HAVE CONCUR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE
• Several years of Accounts Payable experience
• Customer Service and Administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet based programs
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize, work independently and efficiently
• Ability to identify discrepancies, accuracy and attention to detail
