[job_card.job_description]Monitor nightly batch processing for all applications Use CONTROLM to manipulate processing as requested Monitor ATM and communicate with vendor via ticketing system when issues arise Monitor file transfer system Monitor computer room and escalate issues as required Learn nightly application balancing process Learn Service Now ticketing system Respond to password reset requests Perform additional duties as assigned. High school education Makes rational and timely judgements based on information including relationships, patterns, causes and effects. Customer service Uses various hardware and software programs as required. Microsoft Office Oral and written communication skills Operates by and adheres to a situation-appropriate and effective set of core values and beliefs. 3+ Years operations experience 5+ Years operations experience 12-hour shifts Sit for extended amount of time
Overview
The purpose of this job is to operate under the guidance of Senior, and Lead Computer Operators in order to supervise / operate software and hardware according to pre-set instructions.
- This position may be filled as a level I, II, or III based on additional experience and qualifications required.
Working Hours : 7 pm - 7 am | 3 days per week (rotating)
