Key Responsibilities

Accept patient handoffs and continue care efficiently

Develop rapport with patients and assist them in gaining insight into their lives

Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline

Proficiency in technology, particularly the Google Suite

Experience with Electronic Medical Records

Strong documentation and data entry skills
