A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support the People & Culture team in various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including orientations and exit documentation
Maintain accurate records in the HR Management system and prepare necessary HR documents
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with various HR projects and compliance initiatives
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of Human Resources experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in a remote, globally distributed team in a fast-paced environment is strongly preferred
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
