The University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture is currently seeking applications for a Digital Content Coordinator & Graphic Designer.

Position Overview:
This is a Limited Duration Appointment (LDA) for regular employment. As the Digital Content Coordinator & Graphic Designer , you will be responsible for managing digital content on campus displays, creating compelling graphic designs, and assisting with various marketing projects. You will work closely with departments across UTIA to ensure digital content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the university’s branding and accessibility standards.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Content Management : Manage digital content for displays in the Agricultural and Natural Resources Building (ANRB), Morgan Hall, and other UTIA buildings. Design and update slides and ensure content complies with display guidelines.
- Display Management : Oversee the formatting and scheduling of content for digital displays. Monitor content performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Coordinate with UT System and UT Knoxville for emergency management messaging.
- Graphic Design : Provide graphic design support for marketing materials, digital marketing campaigns, and web-based projects.
Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
- Associate’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, fine arts, or a related field and three years of professional experience directly related to duties and responsibilities specified.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems (CMS), and design principles.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices for digital content.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, fine arts, or a related field and two years of professional experience directly related to duties and responsibilities specified.
- Experience with display signage software and WordPress.
- Ability to code HTML emails and e-newsletters.
