Paid Canvasser Kingston Strategy Location:

• Omaha, NE Job Type: Temporary, Contract Experience Level: Entry-Level, 1 Cycle Compensation: $22/hour, Bi-Weekly Position Overview We are looking for passionate and civic-minded individuals to join our team as Paid Canvassers.
• In this critical role, you will be at the forefront of promoting democratic participation by encouraging voter engagement.
• Paid Canvassers will engage directly with community members, helping to ensure that eligible voters are informed and ready to cast their ballots.
• Your work will directly contribute to fostering a healthy democracy and strengthening civic engagement in communities. Key Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door canvassing and voter engagement activities in public spaces for multiple hours per day.
• Canvass multiple shifts per day, with flexible scheduling throughout the week, while meeting daily and weekly voter outreach goals.
• Effectively communicate with the public to administer surveys, educate on the election process, eligibility requirements, and deadlines.
• Stay updated on changes in voter laws to provide accurate, up-to-date information to potential voters.
• Use canvassing applications, such as MiniVAN, to log data and track engagement.
• Previous experience with these platforms is preferred but not required.
• Adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment to achieve campaign objectives. Qualifications At least 1 cycle of canvassing experience in voter engagement, campaign work, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inform diverse groups of people.
• Ability to handle shifts involving long periods of walking and engaging with the public.
• Willingness to learn about voter laws, registration requirements, and canvassing technology.

Must have reliable transportation. Compensation $22/hour, Bi-Weekly Employment Type:
