Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new client relationships, expanding existing partnerships, and driving project opportunities within the Houston market. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, preconstruction, and marketing teams to identify, pursue, and secure education and healthcare projects.

The Business Development Manager will :
- Develop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, and consultants in the Houston market
- Identify and track upcoming education and healthcare project opportunities
- Lead pursuit strategy from early opportunity identification through project award
- Collaborate with marketing and proposal teams on RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, and interview presentations
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
- Maintain CRM data and provide market intelligence to leadership
- Support repeat business efforts and long-term client retention
- Align pursuits with company capabilities, backlog goals, and risk tolerance
Qualifications include :
