Job Description

Job Store Staffing is seeking a reliable and hands-on Private Estate Groundskeeper to manage the daily upkeep and maintenance of a private 3.5-acre family estate in Greenwood Village. This full-time role involves groundskeeping, light repairs, home maintenance, and coordinating with vendors as needed. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while ensuring the property is well-maintained, secure, and running smoothly. Must be responsive, professional, and able to handle occasional on-call requests.

Annual Salary: 55k

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM + On-Call As Needed

Location: Primary residence near Holly & Belleview (3.5-acre estate)

Travel: Occasional travel (10%) to secondary properties in Sedalia, CO and Lone Tree, CO

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Start Date: ASAP (Once the right candidate is identified)

Private Estate Groundskeeper Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general groundskeeping and property maintenance (lawn mowing is already handled by a weekly service)
• Conduct routine home repairs and handyman tasks as needed
• Respond promptly to homeowner requests and service needs
• Manage and maintain property systems and equipment
• Ensure the estate and surrounding grounds are clean, functional, and well-kept at all times
• Support upkeep at two additional nearby residences (Sedalia and Lone Tree) on occasion
• Maintain proper documentation of repairs and service records
• Identify potential issues and proactively resolve them to preserve property value

Private Estate Groundskeeper Requirements:

• Fluent English speaking and comprehension
• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle check
• Must be physically fit: able to walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be comfortable interacting with the homeowners
• Flexible to adapt to varying tasks and occasional off-hour needs
• Strong handyman skills and basic home maintenance knowledge
• Experience with plant care/plant health is a plus
• No job hoppers - candidates should have a stable work history
