What You'll Do :

• Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Serve as a backup contact for office operations / facility maintenance, including supply management, vendor coordination, and general administrative support.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Support various recruiting-related administrative tasks, including offer coordination, onboarding assistance, and data management.
• Support occasional In-house and Virtual events (All-Hands, Happy Hours, Team Building Events etc.)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Sheets, and other relevant tools.

What We're Looking For :

Must be based in / near San Francisco, CA, as this will be an in office role requiring 5 days in office.

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The base compensation range for this role is :

$25-$33 USD
