Do you meet these qualifications?

• 5+ years of estimating or service writing experience
• Knowledge about automotive repairs
• Ability to coordinate with insurance companies and vendors
• Valid driver's license
• Customer service skills
• Punctuality and an upbeat, positive attitude

Can you perform this job?

You help elevate our customer service by providing friendly assistance and accurate estimates for various repairs and auto body services. With a warm attitude, you greet customers and discuss their needs over the phone and in person. You thoroughly assess vehicle damage, identify what needs to be done, and generate accurate estimates for the work. As our techs repair vehicles, you communicate with them to ensure everything goes off without a hitch. You order parts, work with insurance companies, and support your team in providing exceptional service!

The typical schedule goes from 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
