Location: Las Vegas, NV
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $320,000–$330,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Summary
Family Medicine is about being the clinician patients trust for everyday health decisions. In this full-time outpatient position, you’ll diagnose common conditions, monitor long-term health issues, and guide patients through prevention and routine care. Your work shows up in small daily wins: a clearer plan, controlled blood pressure, fewer urgent visits, and patients who understand their next step.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, histories, and physical exams
• Treat acute complaints and manage ongoing conditions over time
• Prescribe medications and provide follow-up plans with clear documentation
• Deliver preventive care, routine checkups, and standard screenings
• Coordinate referrals and review consult notes to keep care on track
• Educate patients on lifestyle changes and treatment adherence
• Maintain timely EHR documentation and meet quality/compliance requirements

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
• NV State license (active or ability to obtain promptly)
• DEA (active or ability to obtain)
• Primary care/outpatient experience preferred
• Ability to manage a patient panel with consistent follow-through
