Rewind Operator

Location : Maryland Heights, MO

Staffing Agency : Crown Staffing

Time : 10 pm- 6 am / $18 Hour /

Crown Staffing is now hiring a Rewind Operator for 3rd shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Job Functions

• Operate the Master Roll Lift safely
• Rewind product according to customer specifications and internal procedures
• Visually inspect labels for defects and quality issues
• Set up and operate multiple slitter units and slit down jobs
• Maintain inventory of rewind materials and replenish as needed
• Set up and run the Label Vision System
• Splice rolls together per customer specifications
• Maintain rewind equipment using preventive maintenance (PM) schedules
• Set up and operate back numbering equipment
• Operate tabletop rewind equipment when required
• Assist with training team members as assigned
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and company processes
• Work with maintenance and other departments on projects or validations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned
