A company is looking for a Costco Program Coordinator to enhance satisfaction with Costco's retail program on a nationwide level.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the Costco Program Manager in quoting, selling leads, and processing payments
Monitor and resolve Costco member escalations and validate loan terms for customers
Analyze program performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in an Administrative, Program Coordination, or Project Management role
Previous experience in a big-box retail environment is a strong plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
