Need to have 10 years of experience as Devops / SRE engineer

Kubernetes

Should know how to set up Kubernete clusters from the scratch

Good to have Rancher Kubernetes

K8 baremetal

Python must have

Golang -good to have

Monitoring tools Grafana and Prometheus

Terraform

Ansible - automate tasks. Not core but nice to have

40% Openstack - secondary

Familiar with Upgrade and automation workflows and core components.
