WHAT YOU WILL DO

Mark and label containers, container tags, or products
Measure, weigh and count products/materials
Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products in order to ensure that packing specifications are met
Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms
Remove completed or defective products or materials
Seal containers or materials, using glues, fasteners and hand tools
Load materials and products into package processing equipment
Assemble, line, and pad cartons, crates, and containers using hand tools
Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Good communication, organizational, time management and basic mathematical skills
Dependable and reliable
Able to read basic directions
Basic computer skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
