Physician / Family Practice / Ohio / Permanent / Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Only - Colum

• Seeking a Board-Certified FM or IM or Geriatric Medicine Physician
• Outpatient responsibilities only
• Full-time permanent position
• Monday " Friday
• No nights, no weekends
• Small patient panels for consistency and focus
• 12-15 patients per day

-Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes

-Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest

• Above-market compensation
• Base salary (without R.V.U. targets)
• Quarterly bonus based on qualitymetrics(not quantity)
