A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the President & General Manager, driving operational excellence across the Data + Analytics business.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leadership on strategic planning and decision-making for the product portfolio

Own daily operations and maintain executive dashboards to track business performance

Lead product rationalization and oversee organizational development initiatives

Required Qualifications

7-10+ years of experience in product operations, operational strategy, or management consulting

Proven experience with product portfolio rationalization in complex deployment models

Strong operational execution with experience in building metrics frameworks

Demonstrated success in driving technology adoption and organizational transformations

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
