The Service Project Manager is responsible to oversee all aspects of assigned service projects from commencement to completion. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and / or is necessary.

Duties include :

• Manage submittals, budgets, change orders, RFI’s, schedules, and other aspects required to maintain profitable and successful projects.
• Maintain a complete knowledge of the status of all assigned projects.
• Execute organization's programs, policies, standards, and procedures consistently.
• Manage all financial aspects of projects and work orders.
• Set clear goals and expectations to service techs.
• Coordinates scheduling of service techs and communicates work locations and job expectations to techs daily.
• Orders materials and supplies as needed.
• Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.
• When necessary, estimate change orders for assigned projects.
• Manage all job closeout procedures.
• Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement.
• Develop / maintain network of professional relationships within the industry.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Position Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience managing electrical projects

Excellent written and oral communication

Self-motivated and detail oriented

Current Journeyman or Master TDLR License

Technical proficiency in MS Office and Accubid, or similar estimating software

Texas Drivers License
