Job Description

The Project Manager - Worcester will be responsible for :

  • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for assigned projects.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Developer should have :

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience working on multifamily projects up to $100M+ (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project requirements.
