Key Responsibilities
Drive adoption, retention, and expansion within a portfolio of enterprise customers
Develop and manage customer lifecycle strategies to maximize value realization
Partner with Sales to support renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Customer Success or equivalent customer-facing role within enterprise SaaS
Proven ability to develop strategies and drive measurable outcomes
Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills
Technical aptitude to engage with product and engineering teams
Bachelor's Degree required
