We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to play a key role in marketing and implementing our financial products and services to independent auto dealers. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with business owners, understand their needs, and bring value through tailored solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Market and implement our suite of financial services and solutions to current and prospective auto dealership clients
• Drive business growth through prospecting, consulting, and direct meetings with independent auto dealers
• Assist in developing financial models that demonstrate how our products can benefit dealer operations
• Gain a working knowledge of auto finance compliance and industry regulations
• Organize and manage a pipeline of new prospects and growth opportunities with both new and existing clients

What We’re Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to quickly learn and use multiple tech tools to support business development goals
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Experience in financial services or auto finance is helpful, but not required
