A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and referral sources regarding nutrition therapy order status
Triaging calls to various departments and verifying patient demographics and insurance information
Process monthly patient refill requests and ensure accurate documentation before shipping orders
Required Qualifications
Minimum one year experience working in a customer service environment
Experience with data entry
Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
High School diploma or GED
