A company is looking for a Head of Brokerage Distribution to lead a high-performing sales team and drive growth across its distribution network.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field sales team with clear performance expectations and KPIs
Develop and execute territory-wide sales strategies to increase agent productivity and achieve growth targets
Oversee large key agency relationships and ensure effective engagement across assigned territories
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in P&C insurance brokerage distribution, including 7+ years leading field or territory sales teams
Deep experience managing large agency / broker relationships in California
Demonstrated success in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
Proficiency with CRM platforms; experience with HubSpot is a plus
Highly strategic, data-driven, and organized, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
