Schedule :

• Monday - Friday, Hybrid work schedule with up to 4 days per week onsite.  Position Type : Full Time  Location : Chandler, AZ  Benefits :  This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.   Principal Duties and Responsibilities : Source talent for technical, fab, sub‑fab, field service, and semiconductor-related positions Conduct intake meetings, candidate phone screens, and coordinate interview scheduling  Manage documentation of candidates, hiring decisions, and all recruitment activities; maintain up‑to‑date trackers for open roles and candidate progress  Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and recruiting platforms) and build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs Communicate professionally and consistently with internal teams, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure clarity, alignment, and an exceptional candidate experience Develop and maintain relationships with prospective talent, with emphasis on specialized technical and semiconductor‑related skill sets Perform labor market and hiring trend research—particularly within technical and fab / sub‑fab domains—and share insights with leadership to support hiring strategy Ensure all recruiting practices follow Talent Acquisition processes and meet EEO, OFCCP, and internal compliance standards Provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership on requisition status, candidate pipelines, and next steps Requirements : 4+ years of experience performing full-cycle recruitment  2+ years of recruiting expertise in the semiconductor industry Excellent communication skills, high integrity, flexibility, and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office applications  Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Experience sourcing and hiring for specialized, hard‑to‑fill, or senior‑level roles Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms Physical Effort / Activities :   On a continuous basis, will work in an office environment, sit at a desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer the telephone, and use a computer to communicate.
• On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, drive, and lift up to 25 pounds.
