Payroll & Finance Operations Specialist

Location: Draper, Utah (On‑Site)

Forward Health is a rapidly growing healthcare organization specializing in sleep medicine. As we continue to expand across multiple practices and states, we are seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll & Finance Operations Specialist to join our team at our Draper, Utah office.

This full‑time, on‑site role is ideal for an experienced payroll professional who is comfortable working across multiple entities and multiple states, and who enjoys partnering closely with leadership to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution. In addition to payroll, this role will support core AP/AR functions within the finance department.

• Manage full-cycle bi‑weekly payroll processing for multiple entities and states with accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate directly with leadership at all levels to gather and validate payroll data.
• Support off‑cycle payroll runs, bonus processing, and off‑boarding payroll needs.
• Assist the finance team with AP/AR tasks, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate payroll and financial records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll and finance workflows.
• Provide clear, timely communication to employees and leaders regarding payroll-related questions.
• Partner closely with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations and reporting accuracy.

• 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably with multi‑entity, multi‑state organizations.
• Experience running payroll independently from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes, wage and hour regulations, and multi-state compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with ADP TotalSource is preferred.
• Familiarity with AP/AR processes (invoice processing, payment workflows, reconciliations).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team‑player mentality with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

• Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 depending on experience
• Work Location: On‑site at Forward Health’s Draper, Utah office
