Gathers reviews and interprets data preparing reports and converting raw data into easily accessible formats.

Retrieves collects reviews and interprets data requests from faculty and staff.

Creates and prepares reports including data retrievals from different data sources.

Produces graphs charts and other documents.

Updates and maintains data and databases.

Meets with various entities to realize new processes for data collection.

Formulates techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy accuracy and legitimacy of data.

Ensures secure storage of data.

Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.

Required Education and Experience : High School Diploma or GED. AND :

• 12 months of data collection data entry or related experience.
