Temporary Assignment - 3 months; Monday to Friday; Nonexempt

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO :

  • Prepare and enter monthly Journal Entries for various entities
  • Preparing journal entries to move manual bookkeeping onto Sage 300

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Previous experience as a Bookkeeper - 5 or more years required
  • Experience using accounting software - Sage 300
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Must be highly organized
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ten key By Touch

    • WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Fast-paced office environment
  • Occasional pressure to produce under severe time constraints and deadlines. May be requested to work overtime.
  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear.
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
